- All orders from Australia are printed in Australia so you can rest assure your artwork arrives fast and secure (no boarder clearances which can cause days of delay if an international pet portrait company is preferred (For rest of world see our shipping guide)
- We only use High definition gallery-grade ultra-durable satin canvas
- Thanks to the hanging system provided, your pet portrait canvas is ready to hang on the wall.
- Wooden frames are kiln dried, and have a depth of 3cm. In order to prevent indentation of the edge of the frame onto the canvas, our frames are constructed with a raised lip. (This option is quite unique and is not offered by many other mainstream pet portrait companies)
- High quality inks which are resistant to fading, scratches, water and chemicals.

• We crate your portrait and offer you a preview in just 2-3 days.• Are you in a hurry? Consider our SKIP THE QUEUE option and get your design ready in 1 business day.• Once we get your approval, we'll print your canvas and prepare for dispatching within 4 business days.Delivery Times
• With our standard delivery option, it takes 7-10 business days for your artwork to arrive on your doorstep.
• We also offer AUPOST Express Delivery option for those of you who are keen to display their artwork sooner than later! Please note that due to unforeseen demand, AUPOST is experiencing delays and cannot commit to next day delivery. However, this is still the fastest option available at this stage.
